He has no complaints about the keyboard and he found it very easy to get used to. I purchased this item for my partner who works from home and has been complaining of wrist pain. He has now been using the keyboard for about a month and the pain is gone.
Am now testing a 4000 as a replacement for my work Elite keyboard which is getting ragged. Along the way I tried the newer wireless version which was junk. Still prefer the elite. I have two of these keyboards (office and home) and they work great. Have been using them since 2001, and never had any issues.
Personally, I found the setup on this version the most intuitive. Either you love them or you hate them. Very good product. I use one that is about 6 years old, and I have 2 others still unwrapped and new in boxes on shelves, just to be sure I have them for consistency. I love them. But Microsoft has done several variations on this keyboard, and as usual (with every keyboard manufacturer), they switch around the position of the Home/Insert/Delete/End keys, making it annoying and frustrating to switch.
I've been using this keyboard at work for years and liked it so much that I purchased one for home use as well.
Great product, this is my second MS Natural Keyboard, will not use another, feels great, and look nice.
